Submission On Children's Television Standards
Wednesday, 05 September 2007
Submission On Children's Television StandardsThe Alliance has made a submission in response to ACMA’s Children’s Television Standards Review. The Alliance considers Australia’s mandated children’s TV quota levels are the absolute minimum necessary to provide a diversity of programming and to offer quality Australian children’s programs. The Alliance also argues it is essential that the programs are scheduled when children are likely to be watching TV, that is they should be mandated to begin after 4.30pm.
