Ombudsman Investigates Fairies

ImageThe Workplace Ombudsman is currently investigating the producers of the children’s television series, The Fairies. The Fairies have now locked performers out after refusing to negotiate a collective agreement with Equity. The Australian Industrial Relations Commission is now involved, and negotiations with the producers continue.
