The Alliance has written to SBS requesting management organise a paid meeting of staff and address the issue of representation at the Certified Agreement negotiations. Management has stipulated only four staff delegates can be present at negotiations - an inadequate number to fully represent all member concerns across the company. It is important members attend any future meeting and make their view known.
