Maggie Macrae is an award-winning journalist, editor, corporate writer, communications consultant and media advisor, with more than 20 years local (Australia), regional (Asia Pacific) and international experience.
In journalism and editing Maggie has expertise in news, features and investigative journalism, as well as sub-editing, layout and design, editing, print production, and editorial and publication management.

Marie is planning some ideas for guide books, but firstly, will spend time exploring the colours, temperatures and curvatures of Kangaroo Island off the south coast of Australia. She then plans to devote the rest of the year to travels throughout the country, with The Barossa Valley, Clare Valley, Eyre Peninsula, Yorke Peninsula, the Fleurieu Peninsula and Tasmania's Bay of Fires region. Also a qualified complementary therapist who ran her own therapy business in the UK, Marie writes in the field of health and complementary therapies.
