An extensive background as an exercise physiologist with the Australian
and New South Wales Institutes of Sport and more recently in the
corporate health and health promotion fields means Lynn is expertly
equipped to provide quality material on health, fitness and wellbeing
issues. She is particular adept at communicating complex research or
reports in layman’s terms and providing balanced, easy-reading
articles.
She has published nationally and internationally on topics as diverse
as lifestyle issues, cycling and adventure travel and can provide
high-resolution digital images as required. A friendly, professional
and prompt service is guaranteed.
Lynn was awarded an international research scholarship into travel and
recovery in 1999 and received a grant from the Department of Foreign
Affairs and Trade in 2002 to write a book to accompany an exhibition of
the Korean War Honour Roll Quilt. Lynn has presented at national and
international forums on swimming, sleep, recovery, training and
incorporating activity into your daily lifestyle. She is also available
as a speaker for seminars and conferences.
