Hadley Toweel is an award-winning photographer and independent news and feature journalist with a Master of Journalism degree from the University of Wollongong. His work has been published internationally, including in the New York Times and the Sunday Mail in Australia. He has been nominated for a Quest Editorial Excellence Award and has won Gold, Silver Distinction and Silver awards in the Australian Professional Photography Awards (APPA). He is an Associate of the Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP) and a member of the Australian Journalists Association (AJA).
