This contract or form of agreement is for use where a program, documentary, training film or education program, or audio visual aid, has been filmed, video taped or recorded for transmission in a limited area, such as, but not confined to, schools, Government departments, in-house presentation, in private industry (for training purposes), or other such limited audience.
